Nick Ellin Consulting provides support to law firms to help with their practice management and development of IT, finance, marketing, staff and other support functions.

Nick can offer support to firms who wish to have:

• A Practice Manager a few days a week rather than employ a manager full-time 

• Help for the short-term - leadership of a project or cover for absent or busy management personnel.

Nick qualified as a solicitor at City law firm Richards Butler in 1993 and later moved to the South Coast where he continued to practice Corporate Commercial and IT law as an Associate of Burstows, a firm with offices throughout Sussex.

As a result of his enthusiasm for technology, Nick moved into legal IT and know-how management and fulfilled senior legal management roles with one of the largest firms in the South East and several established London and provincial practices, before starting Nick Ellin Consulting in 2010.
