Bound is available on region 2 (UK) DVD. The extras on this release are as follows:

This region 2 version is anamorphic (unlike the region 1 release) and also contains the following additional extras that are not on the region 1 (American) release:

The case is transparent and the reverse side of the cover has a rather nice picture complete with a list of the scenes. 

My only complaint is the fact that the movie is split into only 14 scenes compared with 33 on the US region 1 release and 48 on the laserdisc release, which makes it a bit more time consuming to find individual scenes.
