The Farmers' Union Trading C0 (Auckland) Ltd. were based at Hobson Street in Auckland, New Zealand. They were agents for supplying all kinds of items needed in the rural islands of the the 1920s. Amongst their product range were the Arcolite table lamps and lanterns, for indoor and outdoor use. Their claim was to have supplied over 5000 bezine fueled lamps between 1917 and 1922 for use in houses, halls, stores, churches and tents.
