1. Please note that: - A CHEQUE takes FIVE WORKING DAYS TO CLEAR. Minimum reporting / check-In times 3 hours before departure. Please check airport/ terminal of departure at time of collecting travel documents.
2. Lost tickets: - Replacements (at the airline’s discretion) may be available for tickets lost in post subject to administration fee. Full payment will be required in other cases; refunds of lost tickets may take more than one year.
3. Special services: - Meals, wheelchair etc. can be available if booked 48 hours in advance Seat request not available for economy class special fares.
4. Amendments, cancellation charges and refund:- (subject to change, use as guideline only). Re-issue £50. Cancellations long haul £75. No showt£50. All are subject to any special conditions, which may apply to special fares. Please check at time of booking.
5. Name changes: - Please ensure correct names and initials are given at time of reservations. Tickets will be issued in accordance only Re-issue of tickets is subject to £50 fee, and changes of reservations my cause cancellations of bookings. Please note it is important some airlines may not allow name changes, which will result in cancellation charges, as the ticket will have to be cancelled, and new ticket issued.
6. Changes of reservation: - Subject to any conditions levied by airline.
7. Stopover: - Permitted only if applicable, and subject to prior arrangement and fee.
8. Travel and health documents: - Passports/visas and vaccinations are your / passengers responsibility Please note: Most countries require passport to be valid for a minimum of 8 mouths from date of arrival All passengers traveling, whether adult, child or infant requires a valid passport.
9. Airport taxes: - U.K. Departure and all other taxes are extra. Some taxes are levied at the airport on departure for your return journey and may have to be paid locally. Please confirm the amount of currency required at the time of reconfirming your return reservations,
10. Reconfirmation: - It is very important that passengers reconfirm their return reservations with the airline at destination after arrival and at least 3 days before departure. Failure to do so may result its cancellation of your reservation, check-in time 2-4 Hours before departure, but please check locally.
11. Insurance: - Passengers are strongly advised to insure against cancellation charges, travel delay, missed/delayed departures, medical expenses, personal accident/Liability, legal expenses, loss of baggage or money etc. Details are available on request. Please note: Standard insurance package cover may not include hazardous activities and personal items of value or equipment etc., which may require additional cover.
