Christmas Carol Service

St Mary Aldermary's Christmas Carol Service will take place this year on Monday, 14th December at 5.30 pm.

The service will be followed by a reception with wine and light refreshments to which all our friends are invited.

Please make a note of the date and join us if you can.

Constanza Chorus

The Constanza Chorus is a new City of London choir and will commence rehearsals from January 2010 on Monday evenings between 6.30 and 8.30pm at the church. The choir, led by conductor and singer Joanna Tomlinson is currently looking for singers of all voices.

City Heritage Award (July 2008)

City Heritage Society Commendation 

St Mary Aldermary's has been awarded a High Commendation by the City Heritage Society as "a fine example of building refurbishment contributing to the enhancement of the environs of the City of London."

The Society refers to the spectacular and sensitive restoration of the Church to its original use with minimal funds and goes on to say that the alterations, hospitality features and security measures "blend in seamlessly" with the original architecture.

The certificate was presented to our architect, Colin Kerr, at a ceremony in Unilever House attended by Fr John and the Churchwardens.
