Once again we are into another season with the Wizards doing well in the early part of the fixture table. Of course, that does not include the match at Carmarthen which still has supporters and officers wondering what on earth went on at the cycle track. The fine weather has made life a little more tolerable after a very wet summer and the Talbot Athletic field has never looked so lush and green. And we beat Ebbw Vale...that can’t be bad!
It is interesting to see the fixtures for the British and Irish Cup have already been penciled in to the Aberavon fixture list for the forthcoming season. I am sure that the encounters will generate a great deal of enthusiasm amongst our members.
We have a wealth of members and friends who can contribute their knowledge and expertise on various matters concerning the game of Rugby Union Football. Harry Morgan is one of these most interesting people. prepared to share his memories with you. Write to me!
