Why should 3D Graphics and Animation be introduced into education ?

3D Graphics and Animation now form an integral part of many industries, without it, they simply would not exist. Almost every vehicle, building and consumer item has been designed and made using 3D computer design and manufacturing methods. Most of the entertainment industry is dominated by this technology, from simulators to roller-coasters, from computer games to television and feature films. Advertising, once the domain of the 2D artist, is now awash with 3D images which are easily mistaken for reality. There is a Virtual Reality revolution just around the corner.

The career prospects from studying this subject are immense and international. There are currently more 3D Computer Animation and Graphics jobs available than there are qualified people to fill them. It is hugely important for students to understand the concepts and to recognise the subject's potential, if they are to choose higher education courses and career paths effectively.

To this end, I offer on-site student workshops, teacher training and facility set-up advice and practical help.

With over 25 years 2D and 3D computer graphics experience from the Print, Advertising and Entertainment industries we offer a professional and well grounded service.
