BAND DEMISE - It was on the cards for some time with a string of vagrant bass players as well as the old cliche of musical differences and individual commitment driving a wedge between us all.  The outcome is we have split up - the actual split took place in May.  In due course this website will be dedicated to the recorded music of the band.  The Myspace site is still active and there are videos posted on Youtube as well.  30/07/08.

SHORT NOTICE GIG - Moosejaw are playing at THE LOFT in Cambridge on Thursday 5th April 2007.  Supporting Point of Origin (another Peterborough band) + 1 other.  First time we've played this venue so should be a good night.  30/03/07.

HUNTS POST "ALMOST FAMOUS" REVIEW - In the 14th March edition of the Hunts Post, Moosejaw's track "Into The Night" has received a great review.  The track has been entered into The Hunts Post best original song competition.  A gig is planned on Wednesday 16th May 2007 at the Priory Centre in St. Neots for the winners and some of the other entrants.  Watch this space for information about any appearance by Moosejaw. NEW DEMO - As previously stated, our latest recordings are being used for promotional purposes in the media.  You can hear 4 songs from the demo on MYSPACE or on this site.  However, if you wish to purchase both demo formats these are available for a total of  £5 + £2 postage.  Please go to the DEMO PAGE where there are full details.  09/02/2007.

MESSAGE BOARD REMOVED - The message board has been removed.  As we also operate a MYSPACE site there is no point having two areas where people can message.  27/01/2007

NEW DEMO - For various reasons that I won't go into now, there have been annoying delays in getting this demo ready for action.  We have split the songs into 2 separate demos.  The first is being used for publicity in the media and the second will be available at gigs.  More information will follow.  24/01/2007
