These are full-size CCD frames, taken with an 800mm lens from 320 x 240 .avi files.

Gassendi and Mare Humorum.                                    Plato -  Both are from 20 stacked 640 x 480 size CCD  images.

South pole region - note, there are a couple of artifacts on this image - caused by dust on the CCD !

These were shot through my 100mm / f8 cat. with a 2x converter on the front of the camera.

The moon at 79% taken through a 400mm lens - two 640 x 480 CCD images joined. The full moon was taken with a Vesta Pro CCD camera at the prime focus of a 100mm /f8 Cat telescope with a 2x converter and is a montage of 10 images.

  Transit of Venus on 8th June 2004. This historic event was captured on a Philips Vesta  webcam fitted to a 400 mm telephoto lens. The sun filter was a black CD.
