PORTLAND - the 1st fairway from the tee. This hole is a 323 yards, par 4. Ladies - 309 yards, par 4. It's a slight dogleg left, the only hazard being a brook which runs along the right side and gathers a sliced drive. |

BUTT MOOT - the 2nd 343 yards, par 4, Ladies - 321 yards par 4. Seen here from the back tee, there's a brook just in front leading to the fairway. A group of trees on the right hides the green from view. |

MANOR - the 3rd green viewed from one of the two ponds. This hole is a 421 yards, par 4. Ladies - 361 yards, par 4. A good drive will bring the green in sight, otherwise it's a dogleg right. Hazards include a hidden stream running across the fairway and the pond at the left of the green which slopes towards the water. |
