India Flint - botanical alchemist. She lives and works in Australia where she achieves delicious colours and effects in a very gentle, eco-friendly way. Be inspired, visit her blog and marvel. Do listen to her radio interview.

Sheep to Shawl. Julia Desch's project (also in East Sussex) of promoting all aspects of keeping a flock of Wensleydale sheep, from hand-shearing through to spinning and dyeing..

Seizure - Roger Hiorns' incredible copper sulphate flat. As far as I know, it has been extended until the end of November. This amazingly beautiful, toxic grotto has been nominated for the Turner prize this year.

East Sussex Guild of Weavers, Spinners & Dyers - the site I created for the Guild - do check out the Exhibition details, coming up in Lewes at the end of October.

East Brighton Bygones local history society. This is the site I did years ago for the group whose exhibition started off this whole project. BTW that's my great-great-grandmother on the front page family history section.
