a marriage partner? Can meetings take
place, if so who must be present other
than the girl and the boy? where can these
meetings take place? |

from working with a jamaa to establish

wife from attending halaqa, demonstrations

wife a I got married with out a wali,
we are both devorcied. Her parents family
were informed of our intention to marry
and did not try to prevent it, although
her father was against the marriage on
the ground that I was white, my wife is
asian. I am a muslim but her father was
not happy with her marring a muslim who

need to know whether it is absolutely
necessary for a hanafi woman to cover
face (according to Imam Abu Hanifa). I
read the previous reply on this matter
but it was not specified which Fiqh grp
needs to do it necessarily. And in my
situation my respected father wants me
to cover my face when i go out. If it
is allowed Islamically to do so otherwise
can I convince him also? |

going out with a white girl -&- then going
about reading prayer Right or wrong? I
like her even though she is not Muslim
and we have a lot of Involvement. So am
i committing a sin and being a hypocrite?

It is very important, because I have a
discussion with a brother who are telling
other muslims that there are no "clear
evidences about that, so it is not prohibited
to go into a cinema, whatching a movie,
were you can see all the awrah off a woman
and a man.". Hoping for clear islamic

talks about equality between men -&- women,
then why during a testimony is 1 man is
equal to 2 women as witnesses? Where's
the equality? |

A
brother firstly argued that it was not
right to stay on benefit, that if we start
to take benefit then how would brothers
reach careers of high esteem whereby people
would listen to their dawa about the deen.
Especially, in this day and age were there
are allot of snobbish people and that
brothers on benefit would not be able
to convince these people, his second argument
was whether their is hukm-shari for one
to take benefit from a land which Muslims
are opposing, trying to change the way
people think and make the deen of islam
dominant? |
