What CHAD does
- Monitors and supports religious programming on local BBC and Independent Local Radio in the English Midlands
- Sponsors young people to attend the Churches Media Council conference to gain practical experience of religion in media.
- Encourages initiatives in video production, the creation of websites and Christian advertising
- Resources the setting up of short-term Christian and community radio stations
- Makes use of a fully equipped video studio for interviewing, captioning, effects and general linear editing in a variety of formats
- Supports other media ministries including the Media Awareness Project (MAP) and Adopt-a-Broadcaster
What is CHAD?
The CHAD Media Trust consists of two Associations that cover the majority of the Midlands area:

- Treasurer: David Markham
- Leicester Association
- Chair: Sandra Herbert
- Secretary: Hugh Birtwistle
- Treasurer: Roy Winter
The officers of the Trust alternate between the officers of each association.
