Is it running very slowly? If so, we can help.
We
can provide on-site and telephone support for you computer and/or network for a
very competitive price and provide regular visits to ensure everything is

Step Start
If you are new to the world of computers you might be a little anxious about getting started. Sometimes instruction leaflets and manuals are not enough.
Step 2 Systems now provide a service called Step Start to help you through those tricky stages. We will send a fully qualified engineer to your home to help set up your equipment. Our engineer will spend at least an hour with you, putting together the system, explaining and demonstrating on the way.
They will also give you some basic training in using Windows. You'll save time and be up and running with nothing to confuse you. The engineer's check list includes:-
Unpacking and connecting the PC & peripherals.
Powering up the PC and 'running-up' Windows.
Configuring the Windows with required user profiles.
Configuring for internet/email.
Setting up and installing peripherals.
Providing 'power-up' demo and basic Q/A.
When is it available? Step Start is available during from 9am to 8pm, 7 days a week.
What does it cost? £30.00.
You don't even have to buy anything else from us. Installation of equipment and/or software not purchased from Step 2 Systems is included in Step Start.
Local
Government
Step 2 Systems are pleased to offer low-cost website set-up and update services to town and parish
councils; please see the News section for links to some of our clients.
This level of local government is required to make an increasing amount of
information available to the public, with limited resources and a small (often part-time) staff, whilst complying with current legislation including Freedom of Information, Data Protection and Disability Discrimination.
A small website is an ideal vehicle but sometimes its set-up and often its maintenance prove difficult. An information-based website must be up-to-date, otherwise it loses credibility - and visitors. A council's website is likely to contain some fixed information, e.g. local history and geography, that needs little or no up-keep. But other sections on the Council and its business, contacts for local groups etc. require regular updating.
We supply a range of tools and/or services that can use information from a simple database to generate web pages automatically and accurately - please see our sample site for
"Your
Council" built using these tools. The same database can serve as a source for a range of other publications including, for example,
councillors' details and meetings' schedule.
If you think your Council could benefit from our services, or you just want more information, please Contact us.
