 'Zip' utility Zip Central.  This will allow you to unzip the other files on this page.

A Start-up utility Start-up Control Panel.  All sorts for programs install themselves whenever you switch your computer on.  You can turn them off with this.

A Start-up monitoring utility Start-up Monitor.  This utility monitors programs that try to install themselves at start-up.  You can give your permission or refuse it with this program

A monitoring program Big Fix.  Big Fix alert you to all sorts of problems on your PC. 

A firewall program Zone Alarm.  An excellent firewall program

A virus protection program AVG.  An excellent anti-virus program

A spy ware and ad-ware protection program Windows Defender.  An excellent anti-spy ware program

Adobe Acrobat Reader..  A must have.
