| Manchester to Birmingham |
Straightforward
flight, flying over Gamston.

| Birmingham to London City |
Excellent approach
into London City, flying over famous London landmarks.

| London City to Cambrai |
An evening
flight. Initially the plan was to fly to Lydd in Kent, then to Le
Touquet and Abbeville. However, because the standard FS98 doesn't have those
airports, we flew to Cambrai for a night landing. Louis
Bleriot (1872-1936) was born in Cambrai. He made the first flight
across the English Channel on July 25 1909.

| Cambrai to Reims |
Straightforward,
with little in the way of scenery. Reims - 'The
Birthplace Of Aviation'

| Reims to Troyes |
The ILS for Troyes doesn't give out distance information, so I flew due south and the airport comes up quite quickly. Refuelled the aircraft.

| Troyes to Geneva |
Flight via Dijon.
Excellent scenery in to Geneva, however I got a bit lost as the ILS
didn't give me great information and I had to fly over the Alps a bit
too much. Refuelled
the aircraft.

| Geneva to Munich |
Flight via Berne and
Kempten for an evening landing at Munich R08. Excellent flight
taking in the northern shore of Lake Geneva and then Lake Constance on
the approach to Kempten. Recommended! Refuelled
the aircraft.

| Munich to Vienna |
Via Linz, then flew down
the valley to Vienna. Mountains made the trip interesting,
otherwise a routine flight. Refuelled
the aircraft.

| Vienna to Prague |
Leaving Vienna on a
heading of 324º, a night flight with an
excellent approach to runway 31 at Prague.

| Prague to Berlin |
Via Dresden, flew into
Berlin Tempelhof on runway 9R.

||
| Berlin to Copenhagen |
Excellent flight, with
plenty of islands and the large Copenhagen airport.
|
||
| Copenhagen to Stockholm |
Evening flight over the Swedish
lakes. Landed on runway 01 at Stockholm Arlanda. Refuelled the aircraft.

||
| Stockholm to Helsinki |
Good flight over the sea
to Finland, heading of 078 to land on runway 04.
|
||
| Helsinki to Oslo |
Flew 269 to Oslo - a long
but not exciting flight.

||
| Oslo to Bergen |
Flew 282 to Bergen on an
evening flight. The problem was that I had to fly north when I got
to the coast to find the airport. Landed on runway 36. Refuelled the aircraft.

||
| Bergen to Newcastle |
Good flight over the North
Sea, meeting land just north of Holy Island. Landed on runway 07
at the excellent Newcastle airport.
|
||
| Newcastle to Nottingham |
Final stage of the
European tour. It's great to be back home!
