St. John's, Newfoundland to Halifax, Nova Scotia Flew at 14,000 feet via IFR until the approach to Halifax.  The Beechcraft Baron is an excellent move up from the Cessna Skylane.

 

Halifax, Nova Scotia to Saint John, New Brunswick Flew at 6,500 on a night flight.  Landed on runway 5.  Re-fuelled the aircraft.

 

Saint John, New Brunswick to Jean Lesage airport, Quebec Straightforward flight at 6,000 feet.  Had to do a go-around!

 

Jean Lesage airport, Quebec to Montreal (Mirabel) Excellent flight alongside the St. Lawrence.  Landed on runway 11.

 

Montreal (Mirabel) to  Ottawa, Ontario (Macdonald-Cartier) Short flight, landing on runway 32.

 

Ottawa, Ontario (Macdonald-Cartier) to Toronto, Ontario (Pearson International) Good flight, landing on runway 5.  Refuelled the aircraft.

 

Toronto, Ontario (Pearson International) to Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario Good flight over Lake Huron.  Landed on runway 12.

 

Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario to Thunder Bay, Ontario Good flight over Lake Superior, flying over Isle Royale.  Landed on runway 07.

 

Thunder Bay, Ontario to Winnipeg, Manitoba Excellent flight over countless lakes.  Landed on runway 36.

 

Winnipeg, Manitoba to Brandon, Manitoba Short flight to a non-ILS airport.  Landed on runway 8.

 

Brandon, Manitoba to Regina, Saskatchewan Good flight, started at 15,000, which troubled the Baron.  Landed on runway 13.

 

Regina, Saskatchewan to Medicine Hat, Alberta Very enjoyable flight into a sunset.  Landed on runway 03.

 

Medicine Hat, Alberta to Calgary, Alberta Good flight to runway 16.  Very busy airport, at elevation 3557ft.

 

Calgary, Alberta to Vancouver, British Columbia Wonderful flight over fantastic mountains, lakes and rivers.  Highly recommended!  Landed on runway 08R.
