YOUNG LEADER TRAINING

Training for the Young Leader Modules A and B will be held in District three times a year so that it can be completed within the mandatory 5 months. The first one will be at Great Barford on 12 Jul 09 at 1800 finishing at 2200 with overnight camping available if required. As well as Young Leaders, people completing the service element of the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award within Scouting are also required to complete the training. If you want a place please contact the Dragons ESU (dragonsesu at bedfordscouts.org.uk).

EVERYDAY ADVENTURE

This TV series about Scouting’s work in our communities, and explaining everything you’ve always wanted to know about Scouting but were afraid to ask, has recently been broadcast on the Community Channel, starring our very own District Commissioner.)
