The Sowers spread the Gospel – The Echo 31-12- 66
The Sowers, the Chester gospel rhythm group attached to the Sunday youth club called Session, will start the New Year with gospel songs. Discussions will be followed to-morrow by tape recorded interviews with teenagers. The Sowers, formed three years ago, are all Chester men and members of the Kingsway Chapel. They have played in Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man, and recordings by them have been played on the radio. As they are all members of Session they felt it would be only right for them to play on the first day of the New Year.
Session takes place every two weeks at the Bluecoat
School.
