Jonathon and the Dream Master by
Andy Miles
268 pages in 20 chapters - Fantasy, romantic, adventure story
Chapter One, starts from its very first words in describing
the very strange, event, which sets the whole story in motion.
It also devotes most of its pages to presenting Jonathon, one
of the main characters, as a fantasist, who spends as much time
in daydreams as in reality. This introduces the whole nature
of the book, where the boundaries between dreams, and reality
are removed, and it also introduces Jonathon’s qualities, which
make him ideal to participate in a struggle against evil, which
takes place entirely in the world of the dream. The story contains
both romance and adventure and follows the fortunes of the main
characters in their struggle between the powers of good and
evil. In the blurring of the boundaries between reality and
dreams, these struggles take place both in the inner and outer
worlds. All who take part, go through their own inner transformations
in their attempt to change what is beyond them. Is it a happy
ending? Read the story to find out. |
