I have been taking photographs for most of my life. I started off in the 1950s with a Brownie 127. Of course I now uses a digital camera and Photoshop to manipulate the images.

I live near to the historic village of Rottingdean, in Brighton and until 2006 was a keen boater, taking my narrow-boat "Brighton Belle" around the country's canals and rivers, taking photographs along the way.

I have joined Rottingdean Camera Club and enter the club's competitions, with mixed results

.I have also tried my hand at watercolour painting and some of the results are included here.
