How do I Start ? |

A
change of the Club rules now means that children
must be at least 8 years of age before they can
start to practice judo with Sale Judo Club
Beginners Courses for all, from 8 to 60 years old
are tailored to individual ability. For details
of how to go about joining Sale Judo Club and
