T'AI CHI AT WORK
Traditionally arts like T'ai Chi and Chi Kung would be learnt slowly and painstakingly over many years of early morning visits to the local park.
Modern life does not always allow us time and space to do this:
Yet we can still benefit from learning and practising these arts.
Even a short taster session can provide many benefits to employees and the companies they work for. The release of stress and improved mental and physical focusing can dramatically improve the performance and wellbeing of individuals and contribute to greater satisfaction both at work and home.
There are various ways in which you can introduce your workforce to the benefits of these arts:

Rub taster sessions at conferences, training seminars and away days.
Offer regular short sessions for workers - maybe weekly or once a month during lunch breaks. These could be used as follow up sessions to longer seminars
