3d reconstruction of a multipolar neurone

From my PhD. The multipolar neurone was digitised from a thick section of brain tissue, impregnated with the Golgi stain. Some parts of the dendritic field were lost in adjacent sections. The model is coloured by branch order 1. red 2. green 3. blue 4. yellow 5. purple. Sscale bar = 20 microns.
The reconstruction was visualised with 3dRotator on a Mac and presented using 3D-Rotate by YoFla.
