For a busy website manager, it’s a challenge to keep up with new ideas.
	This session was a personal challenge – to catch up with an area I feel I should know more about.
	After doing it I feel I’ve just scratched  the surface – its now a huge field. I’ve had to ruthlessly pick and choose what to include.
	Some of the conceptual stuff in here is tricky to understand – I have not entirely got my head around it, but I’ve made an attempt to find existing explanations where possible to help us.
	I searched for a simple practical tool we could use to demonstrate the concepts. I did not find one.
