University; Diploma in Anthropology, MA Sociology and PhD Sociology, Durham University.
Previously: a temporary lecturer in Government at Northumbria University,
and Research Associate in Planning at University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne.
Recent publications: include Negotiating Infrastructure Provision.
Research interests: include planning theory, infrastructure provision and
all aspects of the development process.
Teaching and thesis supervision interests: sociology, planning theory, development processes, planning practice, infrastructure provision and planning agreements.
Outside interests: include theatre, cinema and travel.
