My antenna system is a Marconi tuned against ground.
It can be loaded up on 73kHz and 136kHz.
This is the present arrangement erected in September 1999.
In addition to the capacity hat, it is top loaded with a very
light weight coil
wound on a 2 litre fizzy drink bottle and mounted at the top of the mast
on a
plastic water pipe. Water pipes also form the stand-offs for the coil's
connecting wires.
