HBG 75kHz During 1999 Total Eclipse

I measured the strength of the Swiss time signal, HBG, on 75.000kHz, during a total eclipse of the sun. The eclipse was 95% at my end and the whole path was very close to the 100% line.
The monitoring software was designed by ON5OO and is available for download. The graph itself was the result of putting the data into a spreadsheet. The measurements are not absolute, but the relative strengths are accurate.
The picture on the left was taken by me at the height of the eclipse.

Times are UK local (UTC+1).
Unexpectedly, the graph shows only a tiny enhancement before and after the eclipse, but two drops in strength whilst the path is in darkness. The first drop coincides with the peak of the eclipse at my location. Presumably, the second drop is the peak at the Swiss end.

This graph compares my results with those of PA3BSH and DK8KW
