Unlike KK 1022 which has the drop-down buckle at the bottom of the garter, this plate has the rounded buckle of the Victorian KK 1020 plate.

From examination of the rear, it has signs that it may well be a KK 1020 plate with the Victorian Crown replaced by a Kings Crown and Re-Glided.

In all other details it is the same as standard KK 1022 Helmet Plate.
