I can offer a free initial assessment of 30 minute's duration, where we can discuss a little about your background, what you hope to gain from counselling, as well as outlining the professional Code of Ethics under which I practice. My standard rate for one session* is £40 - I am able to offer reduced rates for students, clients on government benefits or low-income, and key sector workers (e.g. nurses).

*The "counselling hour" lasts for 50 minutes, which enables the Counsellor to jot down some brief notes after the session, to act as an aide-memoir for subsequent session. These notes are kept locked away in a secure and confidential manner.
