Three courses are available :
Stage 1 F H Course - for beginners or those with limited knowledge of Family History sources
Genealogy on the Internet - for those wanting to get the best out of the internet websites
Stage 2 F H Course - for the more advanced wanting to know what else is available and where

These courses are for the absolute beginner as well as for people who have done some Family History research but need to fully understand what is available and how to use it. You will be surprised by the things that you thought you knew, but you will be given the professional short cuts and extra knowledge to help find those elusive ancestors

This is for those of you who want to be able to use websites to their fullest extent - many tips on how to get the best out of some of the most useful Genealogy Websites on the internet. Everyone who has come on this course has said how much more they can do now on each of the websites that have been explained.

This is for those of you who have done a fair amount of research and are perhaps stuck,
or want to know more about other sources of information - trips to a CRO and The
National Archives (TNA) are available during this course, but the TNA trip will cost extra.

Cost of the London trip to the National Archives is in addition to the course fee. The cost depends on the charges made by the LRFHS because we go on the LRFHS Bus trips to Kew.
