Jet started his his group life on bass but rapidly progressed as a keyboard player. His big influence in his formative years was The Killer (Jerry Lee Lewis), although with his band, Three Wheel, he was to be found on the Country circuit, backing big country artists like Box Car Willie, Johnny Tillotson through to rock stars like
Johnny Kidd and Tommy Bruce.
Throughout his stormin' solos you'll notice his fingers never once leave his hands !
