Remembrance Day Parade 2003.
Garden of Remembrance.
One day during the 1947 - 49 Commission the 1st Buffs came aboard HMS London, the idea being to establish the feasibility of transporting a full battalion on a County Class Cruiser. One young member of the Buffs that day was Don Atkinson who also latter attended the Yangtze Memorial Service at St Johns Cathedral, Hong Kong.
