The venue for this years reunion was the Queens Hotel on Southsea seafront, Portsmouth. This was the Associations second visit to the Queens and it turned out to be a very successful and enjoyable weekend.

Friday evening was the time to meet old friends and catch up with the news. This year we had some new faces to welcome. Sheila Nutting, her son Jonathon and his wife Sarah, Helen Parry, daughter of Alan and Beryl Dudley and Bill and Maureen Miles. We hope to see them all at Blackpool next year.

Saturday was going to be a busy day. Visits were planned to HMS Collingwood, with the coach leaving at 9:45 am, and then on to HMS Dryad in the afternoon to view the D Day War Room and original large scale map of the Normandy beaches.
