Spots on your cheeks can be a symptom of poor digestion caused by stress.
Using shampoos with high detergent levels can cause spots along the hairline. Wash your hair with a PH shampoo. Also using hair spray or hair gel near your hairline can cause spots.
Water retention can cause you to have puffy eyes, cut down on the amount of caffeine and salt in your diet. Increase your intake of selenium. Dark circles around the eyes can be caused by lack of sleep or it could be a sign of kidney imbalance or toxin build up. Aim to lower salt intake, drink more water and quit smoking. Use an under eye cream and using cold cucumber slices will reduce puffiness and revive your eyes.
If you have flaky lips, you may be suffering from vitamin deficiency. Take a vitamin B12 supplements and try eating more iron and vitamin A and use a lip balm. Also don't lick your lips, as this will make them even more drier.
Spots on your cheeks are usually caused by a surge of hormones prior to a period. Use spot treatments during this time and the problem should go within a week.
Spots along the jaw line can sometimes indicate a hormone imbalance. Try adding a few drops of geranium oil to you're bath, or try taking evening primrose capsules.
