LIPS!

For the correct colour you have to consider your skin tone when choosing a lipstick. Always remember that your perfect lip colour should look good when worn without any make up.
If you have pale skin, you can wear most colours from light to dark shades.
If you have fair skin, you will look good in warm pinks, rich wines or red shades.
If you have dark skin, choose berry reds, and deep burgundies.
Lip shapes:
The secret to uneven lips is to balance the lips out. Line your lips with a lip pencil, one tone darker than your natural lip colour, go along the outside of your natural lip line on the part which is uneven. Now go over your lips with any colour lipstick. The secret is to concentrate on the centre of your mouth. Blend concealer or foundation on the outer corners. Now fill in your lips with a natural colour lipstick.
The secret for small lips is to use a light reflecting concealer around the outer edge. Avoid using dark shades, as they have a shrinking effect. Medium colour lipsticks and gloss flatter small mouths.
If you have full lips you can use any shade of lipstick. If you want to make your lips appear less plump, avoid using dark, frosted or glossy. To make them look thinner, lightly cover them with foundation to help blur the edges. Using a lip pencil, outline the lips, and then brush on a colour, being careful not to go outside the line.
The secret for thin lips is to make them look fuller. Use a light reflecting concealer over your lips and blend it in. Use a lip liner to enhance natural curves to make your lips appear fuller. Always avoid dark colours, as they will shrink your lips further. Never try to draw a fake line, go for light medium shades in a sheer texture. Lip-gloss makes lips appear fuller.
The secret for shapeless lips is to outline the top lip with a lip pencil. Now outline just outside the natural edge of the lower lip to make it look fuller. Brush on a strong lip colour to help give lips more definition.
The secret for uneven coloured lips is to balance the colour out. Cover both lips with a little foundation. Outline the lips with a lip pencil, and then brush a darker shade of your chosen lipstick on to the lip that looks lighter and a lighter shade on the one that looks darker. Purse the lips together to even out the colour further.
Glossy lips tend to smudge and bleed, so use a lip liner. Using your lip pencil, line around the edge of your lips to stop the gloss from bleeding. Before applying the gloss, cover your lips with a base of lipstick, one nearest the colour of your lip liner. Then blot your lips with a tissue, this is because if your lipstick wears off your lips will still be stained with colour. Now slick some lip-gloss on.
For a natural look, smudge a little foundation over your lips, this will act as a base. Press a little face powder on top, this will help the foundation to set and last longer. Use a lip liner, which is the nearest colour to your natural lip colour. Use a lip liner all over your lips, start from the outside and fill in the whole of your lips. Dab a little lip-gloss over them, this stops your lips from feeling dry and to stop the colour from cracking.
Tips and Hints:
Make your lipstick last longer by applying it with a brush.
Be bold and really load up the brush with plenty of colour.
After lining your lips, use a brush to fill on the outline, ensuring you reach every tiny crevice.
If you want to achieve fuller lips, use a light to medium shade of lipstick and avoid darker shades.
You should avoid licking your lips, because saliva evaporates fast, taking essential moisture with it.
