Herbal teas are a healthier option. They make a pleasant change from tea and coffee and are far better for you. You can buy ready made herbal tea bags from your local shopping store. Here is a list of herbs you would find used for herbal tea:
Camomile is good for stress, insomnia, indigestion.
Mint is good for travel sickness, indigestion and headaches.
Fennel is good for all kinds of digestive problems.
Nettle is good for arthritis, eczema, stimulating the circulation and rheumatism.
Lemon balm is good for depression, tiredness and exhaustion.
Hops are good for insomnia, soothing and relaxing.
Certain herbs are natural antihistamines. Drink camomile tea to help ease your symptoms or try teas made from ginger or peppermint. Ginger and peppermint also have a decongestant effect. Drink up to four cups a day as needed to reduce symptoms. Garlic can also help reduce allergic reactions. Take two or three capsules a day.
