You should be careful with your nails for at least 2 hours after treatment
(nails don't fully set for 24 hours).
Do not use nail varnish remover that contains acetone.
You should always wear gloves when it is cold outside.
You should always wear gloves for gardening.
Always wear gloves when cleaning.
Apply hand cream regularly - if possible every time you wash your hands or daily.
Do not use your nails as tools
Weekly manicures are recommended for best results.
Massage cuticle cream or oil into the cuticles regularly.
