The West Yorkshire Schools Athletic Association is not holding its own Championships. The Association policy is: -

1.                   The WYSAA will select teams from nominations sent in by Schools or Schools Associations directly.

2.                   Nominations, which must be in writing, close on Wednesday 25th May 2007. These should be sent to:

Mr B Ellis, 1010 Bradford Road, Birstall, Batley, West Yorkshire, WF17 9JD.

   3. Nominations must include full name, date of birth, private address and school.

   4. In addition, the best performance of the individual components of the competition must be given.

These should be of ESAA “S” standard and need not be achieved in a Combined Events Competition.

The venue, name and date of the competition(s) where these were obtained must also be given .

This is essential, as these have to go on the entry form. Please be careful to give the correct details when

specifications have been altered due to change in age group.

Combined Events results are also useful.

   5. Associations must be prepared to provide team stewards and/or meeting officials if the WYSAA request

       this.

   6. The County is restricted to FOUR competitors per event, but can nominate reserves.

Financial Arrangements.  The County will pay entry fees. Travel and/or accommodation arrangements will be notified to selected athletes later.

Details of kit will also be supplied at this time.
