Wednesday 8^th October 2008: 

18:30 – 20:00 Welcome get together party -  with flying buffet - finger food and drinks (wine / beer / soft drinks) – inclusive in registration price. Location not yet settled.

Thursday 9^th October 2008:

        8:30 - 9:00    Opening address

        9:00 - 10:30  Session (3 papers)

        10:30 -11:00     Coffee break (coffee, tea, soft drinks and pretzels)

        11:00 - 13:00   Session (4 papers)

        LUNCH (organized, but self payment)

        14:00 - 15:30    Session (3 papers)

        15:30 - 16:00 Coffee break (coffee, tea, soft drinks and pastries)

        16:00 - 18:00 Session (4 papers - alternatively until 17:30 having only 3 papers!)

        19:30 / 20:00 - 22:00 Lord Mayor's reception - Zeppelin Museum – inclusive in registration price.

        14:00 - 15:30 Session (3 papers)

        15:30 - 16:00 Coffee break (coffee, tea, soft drinks and pastries)

        16:00 - 18:00 Session (4 papers - alternatively until 17:30 having only 3 papers!)

        19:30 - 23:00 Dinner at Montfort Castle – tickets to be purchased. 
        Cost approx. €59,00 beverage (wine / beer / soft drinks) and bus-shuttle inclusive).

Saturday 11^th October 2008: 

11:00 - 13:00 Celebration of the centenary of Luftschiffbau Zeppelin - afterwards buffet lunch is served. BUT participation by Convention/Workshop delegates is very limited - and subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis.

Sunday 12^th October 2008:

        Celebratory flight of Zeppelin NT airship around the original course of LZ-1's maiden flight in 1900. 
        Separately organised by ZeppelinTours (www.zeppelintours.com). Accommodation very limited – on first-   come, first-served prepayment basis). Separately priced event.
