Texas Rangers
Puma is a United based game, with lots of nice little twists in
it. These twists make it a very challenging game to play, and a game I really
enjoy! The game is in its 25th season, so is a very stable game.
48 teams are split into three divisions of 16, with the three
teams being promoted and relegated from each division. There is also a playoff
situation for a fourth place, meaning that half of the second division could be
new clubs each season!
I took on a team called Royal Park Rangers in the early stages of
season 16, but have renamed the team to Texas Rangers since then. The team
looked quite poor on take-over.
The game costs about £10 per season to play. The game is a sister
game to Top of the League.
