Gene Fender's schematics are the basis of my Console model. I have no way to verify their accuracy other than to say that they 'look right' to me. All Gene's plans were available free for download from his website 'The Dr Who Design Pit' which sadly disappeared from the web severl years ago. I have tried unsuccessfully to contact him to gain permission to continue to host his drawings but as they were in the public domain I shall continue to post them here unless I hear otherwise from Gene. I have given Gene's various plans a separate page. |

I include renderings of my model incase anyone is unable for any reason to access Gene's plans. As my models were based on Gene's schematics I would be very surprised if there were significant differences between them. |

The Doctor Who Technical Manual by Mark Harris (ISBN 0 7278 2034 6 Severn House Publishers 1983) proudly announced 'Totally accurate plans and drawings' . I include here the Console pages which are of an early Peter Davison design; judge for yourself. |

Other places to look include The Tardis Rebuilders Group which has a fine selection of Console images, The Tardis Builders Group (yes, it's a different bunch) and the Fluid Link site. I'm sure there are others that desearve a mention, if you find any let me know and I'll add them to the list. |
