The Deputy Lord Mayor of Coventry, Councillor Brian Kelsey, and his wife Brenda, visited the Singer display at the Coventry Festival of Motoring on the War Memorial Park. They were hoping to see John Taylor, who had chauffeured them to the George Singer commemoration dinner at the Warwick Road Church hall in his superb 1926 Singer 10/26 the previous evening, but he had gone on a walk-about. Instead they spent

some time on the stand looking at the cars and talking with members of the Singer clubs.

MASCOT is ASCO's Bi-monthly Magazine for members.
