Singer Hunter, first registered in April 1956 in Stranraer. One previous owner, and with present owner for 32 years. Original, unrestored car with original registration AOS 472, 85% original paint, 95% original chrome. Interior all original. Mileage 60,000. Less than 1,000 miles since fitted with new valves, new clutch, new brake hoses all round and waxoiled again. MOT until May 2010. Singer Super Nine 1937. 4 door saloon, 42000 miles only. Navy blue. MOT Aug 2010, tax to end of year. Excellent condition. Original leather interior, sunroof. Singer front axle, springs etc as photo. Thought to be from a late ’20s/early 30s Singer Six. Dimensions are: Axle length 45 3/8"; Spring dowel Ctrs 24 1/2" ; Brake drum dia 9 3/4"; Brake shoe width 1 1/2" ; 5 Wheel studs 2" long x 7/16" dia. 1931 Singer Junior Saloon in immaculate condition and with loads of spares. Little used since full restoration about 16 years ago and only for sale due to failing health of owner.
