This is Colin Wright's beautiful and virtually original 1956 Hunter.  Colin has owned the car for 32 years, having bought it from the Executor of the original owner.  He says he has had some wonderful times with a truly splendid car, and that he still enthuses every time he takes the car out.   In the first twenty odd years it was used regularly and has only let him down once.   Eighteen months ago - about 600 miles back - she had a good overhaul in that: the clutch was replaced, new valves fitted, new engine and gearbox mountings fitted, new king pins and new brake hoses all round.   It was probably the biggest work ever done on the car, which is remarkable for its originality inside and out. So much so that Colin doubts very much that there is a better original of a Hunter anywhere.
