As I progressed through my Mathematics Degree I realised how important computer techniques, and also, how closely related to Mathematics, computers really were. This insight lead me to pursue my degree with more computer based topics and has made me familiar with a variety of different computing techniques.

My job role here is Technical Helpdesk Support for Computer hardware, software and computer peripherals. This a fairly new area in which pulse have been covering but with a small team of about 10 people, we take an average of 1500 calls a week. Our technical advice covers computer scanners, monitors, digital cameras and also PC's.
