BEGINNERS CLASS

*** Be aware that learning Aikido is not quick and easy, it can take many years to reach a proficient level to gain a black belt. Please do not waste our time and yours unless you are serious to learn Aikido for the long term, the rewards are magnificent but can only be achieved with hard work and commitment ***

Wednesday's 7.30PM - 9PM

TEN WEEK COURSE- £80 (full amount to be paid by cash or cheque before or on course start date) this includes insurance.

CLOTHING: DOGI (the white Aikido training uniform) can be supplied at an extra cost, otherwise suitable gym gear (long trousers, t-shirt) can be worn.
