The
nursery is spacious, airy, well lit and heated. It is decorated and furnished to a very
comfortable, high standard throughout. Staff care for the children between the hours of
07:15 and 18:15, these include a very high proportion of NNEB trained staff amongst small
groups of children, a Registered General Nurse and Registered Midwife. |
| A further six
babies and three toddlers can be ideally accommodated in our other comfortable baby area,
which also doubles as quiet sleeping or reading area. There are two large playrooms well
equipped for activities that include painting, modeling, water and sand play. Opportunity is given for everyone to freely explore a wide variety of social, physical, imaginative and problem solving activities, all under careful supervision and in a very secure environment. |
|
|
All baby rooms
are very secure and offer a stimulating environment to play, crawl and sleep. The kitchen
and utility areas are completely inaccessible to the children and Jan, our cook, cooks all
food on the premises to a very high standard, catering for both normal and vegetarian
diets. Both the quiet room and large play area open out through patio doors to extensive lawned play areas top and bottom, where children are encouraged to play out almost every day under constant supervision (weather permitting). |
We offer parking for six cars, making picking-up and dropping-off very convenient with no roads to cross. |
