TERMS AND CONDITIONS

So you can have a stress free and enjoyable holiday, the following conditions apply:

THE CONTRACT This contract is for the hire of the caravan, and will be binding when we provide written confirmation of the booking, and the deposit has been received. The person who makes the booking will be responsible for the caravan and those occupying it.

PAYMENT A deposit of £50.00 is payable in order to confirm the booking. The balance will be due 4 weeks before the holiday start date.
Failure to make full payment at the appropriate time will result in the cancellation of the booking and the deposit will be forfeited.

PASSES Passes to the entertainment complex etc are NOT included in the cost of the holiday unless stated in writing by the owners.Passes can be bought from the park reception on arrival.

CANCELLATION The Hirer should notify the owners as soon as possible should the booking for any reason need to be cancelled. For any cancellation before the full payment date the deposit will be refunded. After this date an appropriate refund on the balance will be made at the discretion of the owners pending re-letting.

HIRER'S RESPONSIBILITIES The leader of the party must be over 21 and is responsible for the caravan and the people in the party and is expected to take reasonable care of it. All equipment and utensils etc, and the caravan itself are to be left clean and tidy at the end of the stay. All damages / breakages should be reported. The owners reserve the right to charge for any serious damage, breakages or extra cleaning which are not deemed to be normal wear and tear.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE The arrival and departure day is usually a Saturday unless otherwise agreed in advance with the owners. The caravan will be ready for occupation after 2:00pm, and it should be vacated by 10:00am on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed with the owners.Failure to depart at the agreed time may result in an extra charge for the waiting time incurred by the cleaners.

MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PEOPLE OCCUPYING THE CARAVAN Under no circumstances should the caravan be occupied by more than the maximum number of persons stated on the booking form occupy the caravan.
No single sex groups unless agreed by the owners.

KEYS AND DIRECTIONS Arrangements for keys and directions will be provided with your booking confirmation.

GAS AND ELECTRICITY Gas and electricity charges are included in the cost of renting the caravan.

LINEN AND TOWELS Pillows, duvets and bed linen are all provided. We would ask that you provide your own towels.

PETS Pets are not allowed in the caravan (except for guide dogs)

COMPLAINTS Any complaints must be made immediately to the owners who will endeavour to rectify the problem as soon as possible, to ensure the continued enjoyment of your holiday. The complaint must be confirmed in writing within seven days of the end date of the Hirer's holiday.

PERSONAL SAFETY The owners cannot accept any liability for the personal safety of persons using the caravan. Guests are reminded to exercise care as to the personal safety of themselves and others while using the caravan.

SMOKING Smoking is not permitted inside the caravan at any time.

These Terms and Conditions do not replace the Terms and Conditions of Haven Holidays Ltd or Primrose Holiday Park which must be adhered to at all times.
