Yoga is an ancient Indian system of exercises that develops and enhances physical, mental and spiritual well-being: energy levels are boosted even as deeper relaxation takes place. Both classes will introduce and develop vigour and calm through attention to breath and ‘bandhas’, (internal body-tonings), integral to Astanga yoga and helpful in daily life!

All are welcome to one or both of my classes on any or every Wednesday evening whether you are beginning yoga or would like to develop your own practice. The Astanga class at 6:30 is 'drop in', please email or phone to book a place on the 8pm class.

from 6:30-8pm: Astanga-inspired dynamic energising yoga

increases body strength and tone, burns off bugs and feels fun. Just come along, no need to book!

from 8-9pm: Balancing, stretching, meditational yoga
